“A Simple Start”- Gratitude- (DTL) wanted to stand out from other artisan soap makers and do something exciting while staying true to producing products with natural Ingredients. Gratitude- (DTL). Understands the strict importance of being careful with what skin products one must choose to apply on one's Skin.
I thought to myself, “What is my favorite thing, what draws my eye?” “Food”! I'm always in the kitchen fixing up something either from boredom or just enjoying a nice home-cooked healthy meal through friends or either family…made in love”
I’ve been told that my products look like food and smell amazing and enticing! DO NOT EAT THEM! Whatever you do!
Joking aside, I decided to produce a soap that was not only marketable but could also make one feel special using it and shine a new light on our hygiene and self-care. When you feel good, smell good, and look good… this can all aid in helping with one’s overall feeling of self-worth and mental well-being.
The packaging for my soaps is carefully chosen as burlap sacks. This adds excitement and interest to one's “captivated mind”. You may also leave the soaps in their sacks using them as a washcloth!
Anyway, down to the design of the soaps and what makes Gratitude- (DTL) The Green Space products so special: each of the products has a story behind them. Thoughts contributed towards something special in my life and incorporated natural elements that pertain to them - be it a color, favorite ingredient, or scent.
The soap is constructed to illustrate how many natural elements one may spot in the product. Some soaps are actually topped with flowers I collected to extract and infuse into the products (both for design and for exfoliation). Some are based on raw cocoa butter or shea butter (this gives extra moisturizing). This can create a three-in-one product for many. Not only are my products carefully planned, designed, and produced with Love and Inspiration but they are unique and give you peace of mind and a natural comfort.
